Please note we do not accept cheques.

We charge consultation fees because it removes the potential for a patient to anticipate “sales” pressure, since they have paid for the medical practitioner’s time already. You are paying for their time and expertise. Charging a fee is a good way to ensure a prospective patient is serious about pursuing a procedure, which can make for a more productive consultation experience.

Harley Medclinic is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the same body that regulates the NHS in the UK. Our lead aesthetician is a fully qualified doctor and is registered with GMC.

Due to care quality commission and insurance coverage, we are unable to treat patients under the age of 18. Please note even with parental / guardian written consent we are still unable to perform treatment.

We require a £50* holding deposit to secure an appointment for a non-surgical treatment skin consultation (Micro needling, IV treatment, etc). This amount is fully redeemable for treatment on the day. This amount is not refundable.

 

We require a £100* holding deposit to secure an appointment for a non-surgical injectable skin consultation (Filler, injections, etc). This amount is fully redeemable for treatment on the day. This amount is not refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, you need to notify Harley Medclinic 48-72 hours in advance of the appointment time. This allows us to avoid any inconvenience and also offer your slot to another client on our waiting list.

Please note: Deposits will only be refunded if the cancellation takes place within this timeframe. No shows or Appointments canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged of 100% of the booked service fee.

If you are running late for an appointment, please call to inform us as soon as you know that you will be late. We will always try to see patients who are genuinely running late, however, for anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment you may be asked to rebook for another date.

If we have to close the premises for circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your booking. So that we can keep you updated on any changes to your booking, please provide up-to-date contact details.

Harley Medclinic is located at 10 Harley Street London W1G 9PF.

The nearest tube stations are Bond Street (Central and Jubilee Lines) and Oxford Circus (Victoria, Bakerloo and Central Lines). Both are a 10min walk.

 

Nearest Landmark: John Lewis (4mins walk), The Langham Hotel (4mins walk), Cavendish Square Gardens (2mins walk), Wigmore Hall (3mins walk)

 

Bicycles are left unattended outside the building at the owners risk and cannot be locked or chained to the railings.

Short-term parking is available directly outside number 10 and in the surrounding streets.

Parking charges in Westminster are applicable from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 6.30pm.

There is free parking all day on Sunday.

 

Long-term car parking is available in the underground Q-Park car park at the rear of Harley Street.

We are pleased to offer discounted parking rates with Q-Park located off Chandos Street at the rear of our building, just a short distance from 10 Harley Street.

There are 4 steps into the main entrances of each of the buildings and although we do not have a permanent ramp, a portable ramp is available to allow access. We have a lift. Many of our larger rooms are wheelchair accessible, as is the lift.

Our disabled changing and WC is located on the lower ground floor.

Please note, we only allow well behaved guide dogs and documented assistance dogs onto the premises with prior permission. Please do ask your practitioner to check with reception prior to confirming your booking and arrival.

Most of our patients are unsure of the treatment that will be best suited for them. However, provided you know what is worrying you, we will be able to advise you on the range of treatment options available.
